About Us
Aremi Sanchez is the founder and owner of Kiddo Kare (Sanchez Family Child Care). She was inspired to venture into starting a family childcare business in 2010. As a case manager for a non-profit organization that facilitated childcare services, she saw first hand the need for quality care for the youngest and most vulnerable members of our society. She set out to create her ideal childcare environment based on her extensive knowledge in Child Development practice and theory, Attachment Theory, and Early Childhood Education. Aremi, grew up in a household with her parents and grandmother as her caregiver. Her grandmother instilled a love for nature exploration, tree climbing, fort building, and mud play. Through these experiences, she learned to care for the natural environment and developed an adventurous approach to learning that is intrinsically transmitted in the activities she creatively develops for the children in her care. She attended National University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Science Degree in Advanced Teaching Practices. She is also a member of Pinnacle National Honors Society. Additional certifications worth mentioning are certificated CLASS reliable, Outdoor Classroom Certified Level I, II, and III. She holds a Program Director's Permit from the Commission on Teaching Credentialing from the state of California and is a licensed Family Child Care Provider granted by Community Care Licensing of Southern California.
